Where is Properly Sauced located?
🇺🇸 We're a small, U.S.-based brand. Every shirt is printed to order right here in the States, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
How long will it take to get my shirt?
Each shirt is printed just for you, which usually takes 2–5 business days. Once it ships, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, so most people have their shirt within 1–2 weeks. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it's on the way.
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75.
What size should I get?
Our shirts are Comfort Colors® 1717 tees. They fit true to size with a relaxed feel, so your usual size is a safe bet. If you like a roomier fit, go up one. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements.

How do I return or replace something?
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@properlysauced.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery with the size you need, and we'll send the same shirt in that size for free. No need to send the first one back.
Since every shirt is made to order, we can't take returns if you simply change your mind.
